My work-make up

This is how I do my make up before I go to work:

1. I use the Wet N Wild concealer palette. First I apply the green shade, which neutralizes, under my eyes. Then I use the covering shade over it. I LOVE this concealer. It's great.

2. Then I apply a thin layer of eyeshadow primer (from E.L.F) all over my eyelid. Then I apply a highlighter from Claudia, also all over my eyelid. It lifts my eyebrows a bit.

3. Then I apply my cream eyeliner from E.L.F all along my upper lashline, and then I make a "wing" in the end. Like this:

4. Then I apply mascara. I use a mascara from Yves Rocher and it's AWESOME.

5. Then I apply a compact powder all over my face. I use a powder from E.L.F.

6. Then I apply a bronzer on my cheekbones. It's from Claudi, and I love it!

7. The final touch. Eyebrows. I use the best eyebrow-pencil ever. Guess where it comes from? H&M!

A simple and fast make up-look to wear at work (or anywhere else...)

Tip of the day - Pink cosmetics eyeshadows

I love this palette. It's great for my "colorful" make up-looks. It's supercheap as well. I actually don't have anything negative to say about it. I mean... the shades are highly pigmented, beautiful colors & it's cheap = perfect.

Inspiration - Taylor Momsen

There are many different opinions on how Taylor wears her make up.
Some people hate it. Some people love it.

Many people say she has gone over the top with her make up nowadays. I don't agree. Well, ofc, this doesn't look good on everyone, but she's killing it. I think it looks great on her.

Barely no make up.

"Normal" amount of make up.

Much make up.

Make up-looks done by me - Old blackie

This picture is taken a while ago, so that's why I call it OLD blackie, aha. And I actually really like this make up. If I don't remember wrong I wore a nude lipstick with this make up. I love the combination of heavy make up on the eyes and a light nude shade on the lips. It's GORGEOUS.

E.L.F lipsticks - swatches

These are the E.L.F lipsticks I have.

This is the color "Posh" from the Essentials collection.

This is the color "Cool coral" from the Mineral collection.

This is the color "Natural nymph" from the Mineral collection.

This is the color "Royal red" from the mineral collection.

As you can see, the one I've used the most is "Natural nymph". I love nude lipsticks. Especially this one, coz it lasts for SO long. Actually, all of the lipsticks from the mineral collection lasts very long. I love them!

Tip of the day - E.L.F Cream eyeliner

This little thing is amazing! I only have it in black, but there are more colors to choose from.

You apply it with an eyeliner brush, which is included. I don't like the included brush that much though, so I use another one. After you've applied it you can be sure that it will last the whole day without creasing or smudging. It's great.

It only costs £3.50 and you can find it here (if you live in UK or other parts of Europe) and here (if you live in the US.)

The eyeliner is also avaiable in the following colors:

Wet n Wild eyeshadow trio - swatches

I bought two of WnW's eyeshadow trio-palettes today.
"Knock on wood" (left) and "Don't steal my thunder" (right).

"Don't steal my thunder"

This mini-palette is perfect for heavy smokey eyes. It only costs $3.

This is how the colors looks applied (without eyeshadow primer). The silver shadow (middle one) is very pigmented and so is the black one. The white one isn't as highly pigmented as the other two, but it's okay.

"Knock on wood"

This trio works great for a less heavy smokey eyes-make up.

These colors aren't as highly pigmented as the ones in the "Don't steal my thunder"-palette, but I think (know that) they'll look better with eyeshadow primer.

These eyeshadows are really good since they're so cheap & they're actually more pigmented than lots of other, more explensive, eyeshadows are. I really like the eyeshadow trio-palettes from WnW.

My first entry

My name is Magdalena. I'm 18 years old and I live in Sweden. I love make up. My favourite make up brand is E.L.F Cosmetics. They have cheap and AWESOME products. If you haven't done it yet, go check them out.
In this blog I'm gonna upload make up-reviews/swatches, inspiration-pictures and tutorials. (And maybe have some give aways!)

Today I bought lots of new make up from Wet n wild, Kubiss, Claudia & Pink cosmetics. I'm gonna make swatches on them in a few seconds. So... BRB.
